My wife and I struggled for 5 years living in the confines of a 12’ X 12’ master bedroom. During this period we wasted countless days searching for bedroom furniture that had the look (mission/arts and craft) we wanted with the storage to make our small bedroom livable. By a Stroke of luck we met Dan Woodward and discussed the possibilities of him building the bedroom set that we needed.
Dan came into our home armed with a tape measure and a notepad. We discussed our dilemma with him and he took some measurements. He said he had an idea and thought we would like it. Two days later he returned with a drawing of a complete bedroom set. It was better than we ever could of thought up ourselves. We asked when we could expect delivery, and Dan told us probably before Christmas, which was only 2 weeks away. He left and we chuckled to ourselves that there was no way he would be done with it that quickly.
Ten days went by and my phone rang. It was Dan. He wanted to know when I would be available to take delivery of the bedroom set. I couldn't believe it, and asked him if he was joking. He laughed, while emphasizing that it truly was ready. He brought it to our home and even set it up for us. Not an easy task in an extremely tight home. The set is/was exquisite. It accomplished all our needs and more. We even have some empty drawers. I cannot express in words how nice this furniture is. It makes the finest furniture and a furniture store look cheap. My wife absolutely loves it as do I.
It was definitely a stroke of luck meeting Dan Woodward and having him build our awesome bedroom set, and I would suggest him to any and everyone.

We were referred to Dan by friends who are an architect and an interior designer, and we feel so lucky to have had him remodel our kitchen and bathroom for us. We were very particular and wanted a vintage look for our 1948 house. Dan interpreted our wishes beautifully and created custom painted-wood cabinets that took advantage of every inch of space in both the kitchen and the bathroom. He also completed the job with tile and painting.
We really respect Dan's craftsmanship and creativity. He is also a very fast worker and can do the whole job, start-to-finish, down to the smallest detail, literally from floor to ceiling. We truly enjoyed working with him, and we now have our perfect kitchen and bathroom.
We were so happy with Dan's work that we then engaged him to build a bedroom set for us. Dan delivered a Shaker-style bed, two dressers and two nighstands. The set is absolutely beautiful. We love the Shaker style and the custom touches he did for us, especially the finish-it is exactly what we wanted. The pieces are perfectly scaled to our smaller bedroom. The cherry wood grain is gorgeous, and we really appreciate that he selected each piece personally  for our set.  We never could have purchased such a beautiful bedroom set in a retail store. They are truly heirloom pieces that we will have for life.
